Introduction
At Willmott Park Primary School we believe that the education of our students must be a partnership between home and school. Parents have both a right and responsibility to actively participate in their child’s education.
The implementation of the school’s philosophy of developing each student requires an active and dedicated school community. The school community is strengthened by actively encouraging a wide ranging participation of all parents at all levels of its operation.
Areas of Participation
Parents are encouraged to participate in a wide range of areas, including:
*School Council *Parents & Friends Assoc. *Excursions & Camps
*Working Bees *Sporting Programs *Library Assistance
*Clubs Program *Reading Program *Computer support
Parents are invited to indicate their interest and availability to become involved in these programs by contacting the Principal, the classroom teacher or the person in charge of that area or program.
Three Way Conference Survey
We are currently trialling a new survey system, to collect responses from a larger cross section of the school community. Instead of sending home a sample survey (generally 20%) we are using an online web form to allow us to collect information from the whole school community who have internet access, concerning our recent Three Way Conferences. The following link will take you to the Three Way Conference Survey. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=UTVh9BvLoPVkLgpy5Q15TQ_3d_3d
